I am completely satisfied with this company. Their prices are fair. They gave me an honest estimate on things I needed to be fixed; my Polaris, my in-line chlorinator, and even let me know my filter was missing parts required by law, which I was unaware of. They are very knowledgeable.

The owner even replied to my questions by text at 10 pm the night before I went out of town to ease my mind. He worked with me on getting a check to him at my convenience - did all the major work without even having it! Showed trust in me and gained my trust as well.

Dylan the service manager was excellent to communicate with and Dalton the technician was excellent. This sharp technician also was able to diagnose an additional pesky problem that multiple people have been unable to fix for years! This service department has it all together! Highly recommend.

Recently had an issue w our spa losing water level. Troy and the techs, Kevin & Jonathon responded promptly, diagnosed a BPV leak and repaired. As usual they were wonderful and communicative! Thank you Total Pool. We resurfaced along w some remodeling our pool w Township/Total Pool and they did an outstanding job! Casey Lee, the sales representative knows his stuff and is honest & reasonable. They were on time, fast, efficient and quick to take care of any issues, which were very few. Mike, the owner, even stops in and helps. Bryan, the technician, did a great job opening the pool and has stayed w us for weekly care. Best remodel type experience I think I’ve ever had!

We've had a great experience with Total Pool Care. I'm really big on communication and organization and they did not disappoint! Our pool is looking fabulous! Dalton answered all my questions and helped me label the pool equipment for the new owners. He was "yes' ma'm" the whole time and it was great to hear. Louis was also great installing our lights and filters and kept us up to date on everything. I am very picky of services, and I would def recommend Total Pool Care.

I met Louis at my home and he explained their process and weekly pool cleaning and maintenance service. I signed up based on his passion for what he does. Since I have had great service and currently have my pool maintained weekly by Kyle. He is consistent, on time, and is Always smiling and making sure I understand. This past week I needed a pump replaced and Kevin was prompt and amazing. I have been a business owner for 16 years and I have recently sold my business. We have used Total Pool Care for 10 years for pool repairs. They have always done a great job. We recently had our pool PebbleTec'ed (updated from white plaster) and once again they did a fabulous job. We really enjoyed working with Casey Lee, who among many things helped us pick a great new tile that tied together some disparate elements in the space and now everything looks great -- the tile really pulled the whole pool area together nicely!.
